At Beckmann Norway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new backpack or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the item is securely protected for transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
